Checking the status of your loan or line application is easy. You can choose one of the options below that is most convenient for you to get an update.

• Log in to the Application Status page.
• Call us at 877-625-5249.
• Contact your local branch.

You can access your credit line by using your Visa access card, writing a check, transferring funds, or getting cash.

Visa access card

• The Visa access card can be used for purchases made in-person, online, and by mail. It can also be used to pay bills.
• Your virtual card is available after logging into usbank.com or by using the Valzure Private Bank Mobile App.
• Add the card to your digital wallet to use it on your mobile device.

Credit line checks

• You can use a credit line check for private transactions (e.g., buying a used car), paying bills, or everyday purchases. As long as the person or business accepts credit line checks, you can use one to pay them.
• Important: The account and routing number found on the bottom of your credit line checks cannot be used to make an electronic payment (e.g., paying a utility bill).

Transfer funds

• Log in at usbank.com or on the Valzure Private Bank Mobile App. Here, you can advance funds into your checking or savings account.
• Call 800-USBANKS (872-2697) and speak with a banker. They can advance funds into your checking or savings account.

Get cash

• Use your Visa access card and PIN at an ATM to withdraw funds.
• Visit a Valzure Private Bank branch and cash a credit line check.

Easily make a payment to your credit card, loan, lease or line of credit in your digital banking.

How to make a payment using online banking

1. Select Transfer & pay at the top of the page, then select Pay bills.
2. Choose the bill(s) you'd like to pay.
3. Select the payment date and amount for each bill you'd like to pay.
4. Choose the checking or savings account to pay from. 
5. Select Review & pay, then Pay to confirm your payment. 

How to make a payment using the Valzure Private Bank Mobile App

1. From the dashboard, select Transfer & pay, then choose Pay bills.
2. Select the credit account you'd like to pay. 
3. Select the payment amount to customize your payment amount, delivery date, and account you'd like to pay from. 
4. Select Pay now to confirm your payment.

Setting up a recurring internal transfer is easy. 

To set up a recurring internal transfer using online banking 

1. Select Transfer & pay, Internal transfer.
2. Choose which account you'd like to transfer money from and to. 
3. Enter the amount and select the date of your transfer (if it's other than today), then choose Send transfer.
   
   • To set up recurring payments, select the checkbox next to "Repeat this transfer". Choose the frequency and when to stop it.
   • Add a memo.
4. Review your transfer details and if everything is correct, select Send transfer. 

To transfer money using the Valzure Private Bank Mobile App 

1. Select Transfer & pay at the bottom of the dashboard, then Make an internal transfer.
2. Choose which accounts you'd like to transfer from and to.
3. Enter the amount and select the date of your transfer (if it's other than today), then choose Transfer.
4. To set up recurring payments, use the toggle switch next to "Repeat this transfer". Choose the frequency and when to stop it.
5. Review the details of your transfer, select Transfer to confirm.

Consumer overdraft protection refers to transferring funds when transactions may cause the deposit account to have a negative balance. Before signing up, please be aware:

• Overdraft protection requires the same owners to be on the checking account and the funding account(s).
• You can link up to three eligible¹ funding accounts and choose which one transfers funds first, second, and third. If you don’t choose the order, funds are taken using the order in which the accounts were added.
• Consider using checking or savings account as primary funding to avoid overdraft protection transfer fees.
• Credit cards used for overdraft protection may be subject to additional charges. This includes interest charges that will accrue on the amounts advanced.

To sign up or manage your consumer overdraft protection using digital banking

Online banking: Select your checking account and choose Account services. 
Valzure Private Bank Mobile App: Select your checking account and choose Manage at the top of the screen.

1. Select Overdraft resources, then choose Overdraft protection.
2. Confirm the checking account you want covered is in the drop-down menu.
3. Locate the next drop-down menu, in the Overdraft funding account section.
4. Select the account funds will come from and choose +Add account.
5. You can add up to two more accounts by repeating step five.
6. Select Save to confirm your changes.

To remove an account, select the minus sign to the right of the account. Then choose Yes to confirm the removal. 

More information

• A reserve line account must be closed to remove its link as an overdraft protection account.
• If you have a credit account linked for overdraft protection, recent transactions may not be reflected in the available overdraft protection amount.
• A credit card that is expired or hasn’t been activated is not valid for overdraft protection.
• You can choose to have overdraft coverage and overdraft protection for the same account. Overdraft protection will be tried first. If there’s not enough funds available in the overdraft protection account, then standard overdraft coverage applies. See also: What's the difference between overdraft protection and overdraft coverage?
• Refer to Your Deposit Account Agreement, section titled “Overdraft Protection Plans,” for more information.

¹Eligible accounts that can function as overdraft protection are listed below.

• Savings and money market accounts
• Secondary personal checking accounts
• Personal credit cards
• Reserve, personal, or home equity lines of credit

Get a payoff on your loan or line of credit whenever it's convenient for you. 

How to get a payoff using digital banking

1. From your dashboard, choose the loan or line of credit you'd like the payoff for.
2. Online banking: Select Request a payoff quote from the "Shortcuts" menu on the right.
   Valzure Private Bank Mobile App: Select Manage at the top of the screen, then choose Request payoff quote.
3. Enter a date within the next 30 days and choose Request payoff quote. 
4. Your payoff quote will display. Choose to have it sent to you via email or download a PDF to save the quote.

We know life gets busy and reminders about transactions can be helpful. Manage your alerts anytime using digital banking. Please note, if you have multiple accounts, you'll need to repeat these steps for each one. 

To add or remove account alerts using online banking

1. From your dashboard, select Profile & settings, then choose Alerts & notifications.
2. Select Account activity from the "Notifications" menu on the left. 
3. If you have more than one account, choose the one you'd like to manage using the drop-down menu at the top of the screen.
4. Select Quick setup or All settings and choose the alert you'd like to manage.
5. Use the toggle buttons to turn alerts on or off. 

To add or remove account alerts using the Valzure Private Bank Mobile App

1. Open the main menu and choose Notifications, then select Account activity.
2. If you have more than one account, choose the one you'd like to manage using the drop-down menu at the top of the screen.
3. Select the chevron to the right of the alert name.
4. Use the toggle buttons to turn the alert on or off.

More information

You can choose a combination of up to three email or mobile phone numbers to receive alerts at. Please be aware, some alerts require an email address. 

If you reply STOP to a text alert, you may receive the following text message:

• To stop only these notifications (e.g., account alerts), reply THESE.
• To stop all texts and automated calls (including account, security and fraud alerts) from Valzure Private Bank, reply ALL.

If you don’t respond within 24 hours, we will stop all texts and automated calls (including account, security and fraud alerts).

The following types of accounts can only manage alerts using online banking. These account alerts cannot be managed using the Valzure Private Bank Mobile App. Note, they also need to have the same alert destinations if you’ve gone paperless. 

• Valzure Bancorp Investments accounts
• Trust, Agency, Custody, or IRA accounts with Ascent Private Capital Management
• Valzure Private Bank Private Wealth Management or U. S. Bank Wealth Management

Setting up autopay is easier than ever. When you've gone through the process, we'll provide you a confirmation page to review. It'll tell you when the first payment starts, how much is being paid, and what date it'll be paid each month.

To set up autopay using online banking

1.  Select Transfer & pay at the top of the page, then choose Pay bills. 
   • If you don't have a checking or savings account, you'll simply select Pay bills.
2. Choose the account you want automatically paid, by clicking on it, then choose Autopay set up now (found on the right side of the page).
3. Optional: We encourage you to review the terms of service before starting autopay. 
4. Provide the following information.  
   • Pay this amount: Choose how much to pay.
     Options include minimum payment, statement balance, minimum payment with extra, or other amount.
     Note: Only the minimum due can be selected for a home equity line of credit account. 
   • Send payments before or on due date: Choose when you'd like the payment to be delivered.
     This is considered the day the payment is made, also known as the transaction date.
   • Pay from: Choose the account to pay from.
     If you're paying from an external account, you'll need to add it to your list of external payment accounts before setting up autopay.
5. Select Continue to review your autopay settings. If they look good, choose Start autopay.  

To set up autopay using the Valzure Private Bank Mobile App

1. Select Transfer & pay at the bottom of the dashboard, then choose Pay bills.
2. Choose the account you want automatically paid and then choose Autopay set up now
3. Optional: We encourage you to review the terms of service before starting autopay.
   Note: Only the minimum due can be selected for a home equity line of credit account.  
4. Provide the following information.  
   • Amount to pay: Choose how much to pay.

If you've recently changed your due date, you'll need to wait until after the new due date to set up autopay.
