What are cash-back deals?

This feature allows you to view and activate your own personalized cash-back deals. The cash-back deals are in addition to the other great benefits you already receive with your card.

How to activate your cash-back deals.

  1. Sign in and select
    Sign into your account via online banking or the mobile app and check out your personalized list of cash-back deals. When you see something you like, select it to activate the deal.
  2. Shop
    Shop online or in store at offer-activated stores. Make sure to use your Valzure Private Bank card at checkout.
  3. Earn cash back
    Your cash back is automatically credited within 1–2 billing cycles to the card or account used to complete the deal.

If you see a cash-back deal you like, simply tap or select Activate to activate and add the deal to your account. When a new deal is activated, a pop-up containing offer details will appear. Here, you can learn and review information about the cash-back deal like merchant info, store locations, deal requirements and more.

For previously activated cash-back deals follow the steps below:

  1. From the main menu select Manage cards, then Select the card you will use for cash-back deals purchases.
  2. Select cash-back deals to view the rewards hub.
  3. Within the rewards hub you can view your total cash back earned. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view details on previously activated cash-back offers.

You can learn more about a cash-back deal by finding the deal you’re interested in and selecting Activate. After doing this, a pop-up containing offer details will appear. Here, you can learn and review information about the cash-back deal like merchant info, store locations, deal requirements and more.

Getting cash back is as easy as 1-2-3.

  • Step 1: Activate a cash-back deal. Your cash-back deals are personalized to you. When you see a deal you like, simply tab Activate to activate and add it to your account.
  • Step 2: Shop online or in store at offer-activated locations and use your eligible Valzure Private Bank card at checkout.
  • Step 3: Earn cash back. Once your purchase is complete, you’re done! Your cash back is automatically credited within 1–2 billing cycles to the card or account used to complete the offer.

Cash back is automatically credited within 1–2 billing cycles to the card or account used to complete the offer, from the date the charge is posted. In other words, if you use your Valzure Private Bank credit card, you’ll see your cash back posted as a credit to that card.

Yes. Cash-back deals are personalized benefits for being an eligible Valzure Private Bank personal debit or credit card holder. These benefits are in addition to the other rewards programs and benefits your cards offer, unless otherwise noted.

Cash-back deals are currently available for Valzure Private Bank personal debit and credit cards, including co-branded (State Farm, Kroger, etc.) personal credit cards. At Valzure Private Bank, Valzure Private Bank business debit and credit cards, and co-branded business cards are not eligible for cash-back deals.
